What if my fight to Orlando is cancelled? Will I be billed for the transfers?
No. When we verify your flight information with Orlando airlines and are warned that your flight has been cancelled, you will not be billed. However, if your flight was not cancelled and you failed to arrive in Orlando and failed to inform us, we reserve the right to bill you for a full one-way fare.

What if my flight to Orlando is delayed, will I be billed for extra time?
No, we track your flight online. Please try to call to inform us of the impending delay.


Should I pay gratuity to the driver for the return trip as well?
No, since you might not have the same driver for your return trip.

What if I fail to show or miss my flight to the Orlando airport?
You must call and cancel your reservation 72 hours prior to your arrival at the airport. We reserve the right to charge you full fare if you fail to do so.

How long does it take for transportation from Orlando airport to Kissimmee?
It takes about 30-40 minutes—depending on traffic and the exact location of your hotel.

How long does it take for transportation from Orlando airport to International Drive?
It takes approximately 20-25 minutes depending on traffic.

How long does it take for transportation from Orlando International airport to Disney World?
It takes approximately 30 minutes depending on traffic.

How will my driver find me when I arrive at Orlando International airport?
The driver will meet you in the designated pickup area of the airport, located down the escalators from baggage claim area to Ground Transportation floor. The driver will have a sign with your name.

I want to pay in cash—do you still need my credit card info?
Yes, all reservations for Orlando transportation must include credit card information. We will not charge your credit card if you are paying cash or traveler's check. But we do require a valid credit card number.

Will I need to confirm my reservation for Orlando ground transportation?
We do not require that you confirm your reservation once you have given us the information. It is, however, a good idea to call us at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival to Orlando, just to be on the safe side.

Can I take my chartered vehicle out of town?
Yes, but you will be billed at a higher rate than in-town charters. You must notify us at the time of your airport transportation reservation if you plan to book an out-of-town charter. You cannot charter a vehicle at in-town rates then take the vehicle out of town. You must advise us when making your reservation that you wish to use part of your charter in town and part of it out of town.

Can I break up my charter throughout the day?
No! All ground charters run concurrently and cannot be spilt up.

What is the cancellation policy?
Our policy clearly states that you must cancel your reservation 48 hours in advance for Orlando airport transportation. When your reservation is accepted, we hold a specific vehicle for you, which means that we will not double book that car for transportation. We require a 7 day cancellation notice for all charters.

Is the tip included in the transportation fare? If not, how much should I tip the driver?
The ground transportation fares quoted on this web site do not include tips. We recommend that you tip your driver between 15-20% of fare.

Why am I being charged a service fee?
Service fee covers miscellaneous charges like fuel, cleaning and preparing the vehicle, etc.

I forgot something in the vehicle. What should I do?
You must call us immediately and report the items left behind. We will do our very best to recover your property, however we are not responsible for items left in our vehicles. If we find your items, we will notify you immediately to make arrangements for pickup or delivery. Please note: we may charge a nominal fee for transportation of your belongings to your hotel.

What forms of payment do you accept for Orlando transportation?
We accept Master card, Visa, Discover, AMEX, traveler's checks and cash.

Will I have to pre-pay for transportation when I make my reservation?
If paying by cash or traveler’s check you will pay the driver upon arrival. If paying by credit card you must present the card to driver upon arrival. Credit card will be billed ahead of time.

What type of vehicle is best?
The length and purpose of the journey and any special passenger needs dictates the type of vehicle. If you are traveling out of town be sure to have a large vehicle that will accommodate everyone comfortably. If you have over 8-10 passengers, you may need to consider one of our SUV limousines.

Is insurance coverage in place and valid licenses held?
Ask for evidence of adequate coverage (including liability coverage of at least $1 million); that the company is inspected by the federal, state and/or provincial Department of Transportation; has documented operating authority; that checks are made to ensure that drivers continue to be licensed to drive this class of vehicle.
